The hotel is located in the city centre, just 200 metres from Bolzano FFSS railway station, 5 km from the Bolzano A22 Sud/Nord and 3 km from the Fiera Bolzano convention centre. Bolzano Dolomiti Airport is 5 km from the hotel.
There are over 300 hectares (740 acres) of grapevines within the city limits, a full one seventh of the total area. In the autumn, the aroma of freshly crushed grapes wafts through the city from its 27 wineries. King Laurin's "Rose Garden" saga originates from one of Bolzano's most beautiful landmarks, the Rosengarten, one of the Dolomites most famous mountains.
